This site, the phrase Messiah Echad®, the Messiah Echad® Logo, and the Messiah Echad® motto “Where Christian, Jewish, and Non Religious Believers find Echad (Oneness)”® are the sole property (registered trademarks) of Messiah Echad Inc. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance to our terms and conditions. This site shall only be used for legal business between RLB Echad® or Messiah Echad® Inc and its clients, customers, members, prospective clients, prospective customers or prospective members. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. Neither RLB Echad® nor Messiah Echad® shall be held liable for the content of linked or third party websites.

Morality Agreement (Code of Ethics)

All Part Time Employees, Full Time Employees, Contractors, Executives, Legal Members and Interns of RLB Echad LLC or Messiah Echad® Inc (individually, a “Company” and collectively, the “Companies”) are required, as a condition of providing services to either company, to agree that they will (1) place God first in their faith, (2) live a non-idolatrous lifestyle, (3) never use the Lords name in vain, (4) observe the day of rest, (5) honor their parents or guardians, (6) value life, (7) preserve the purity of marriage, (8) respect the belongings of others, (9) bear an honest witness of others, (10) be content with their possessions, (11) consume no more than 1.2 fl oz of alcohol per sitting (two drinks), 2.4 fl oz per day or 9.0 fl oz per week, (12) inhale no more than 50 grams of tobacco a year (an average cigar is 12 grams and cigarette is 01 gram), (13) refrain from abusing federally regulated substances or mind altering compounds (14) love their neighbor, (15) promote the purities (free will, innocence, natural competition and resource optimization) and (16) follow the remaining tenants of their faith, all to the best of their ability. Privacy Policy

Personally Identifiable Information. We collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) when you submit a form or contact sheet. PII is information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity, and includes your name, mobile telephone number, email address, physical address and other requested information that you may elect to provide. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We also may collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) through your use of our website (“Website”). Non-PII is information that cannot by itself be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity.

If you choose to correspond with us through e-mail or text messages, we may retain the content of your e-mail or text messages and our response so that we can more efficiently handle any follow-up questions you may have. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used. You will be notified by us of any such change in ownership or control of your PII.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or submit, or access your personal information.

We also offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private financial information (i.e. credit card or account numbers) will not be stored on our servers.

We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We are not responsible for the practices employed by web sites linked to or from our Site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Site.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Site to another web site, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Protecting the privacy of children is important. For that reason, our Service and Website is not designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from persons under 13 years-of-age. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT  PROVIDE PII ON THIS WEBSITE. If, however, you authorize a child to use our Website, any personal information associated with such use will be treated as your information in accordance with this policy. If we learn that PII has been collected from a person under the age of 13 via the Website, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. The Companies’ or your failure to require performance of any provision shall not affect that party’s right to require performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of any breach or default of this Agreement constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default or a waiver of the provision itself.

If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the intention of the parties, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
