Altars, Kosher, and Kneeling – JLD

When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur, and see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze, then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee, how great Thou art. Beautiful praise and worship. Rabbi Jonathan covered Sh’mini, Eighth, from Leviticus 9:1 – 11:47, building builds upon our message on Confessing Sins, then digging into Moses telling Israel to draw near to the altar, to make atonement for sins. And after our sins are laid down on the altar, God will remove our transgressions. Amen. The parsha also spoke on Beavis (Nadab), and Abihu (Butthead), playing with fire, then closed with a section on what is kosher, and what is not. After praise reports and prayer, Pastor Duane spoke on Kneeling to Meet Our Master. Consider; have you prepared yourself for God, and are you ready to kneel at the altar, so God can alter you?
